A Braums Crew Member is an entry-level, fast-paced role . Responsibilities include taking customer orders, preparing food or ice cream, running the drive-thru, and maintaining store cleanliness. Workers are expected to be adaptable, as they rotate between the grill, fountain, and Fresh Market. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, accurately taking orders, and processing payments.

Food Prep: Cooking, assembling, and packaging meals on the grill.

Fountain & Ice Cream: Scooping ice cream, blending milkshakes, and preparing sundaes.

Fresh Market: Stocking groceries, assisting with bakery items, and ringing up sales.

Store Maintenance: Washing dishes, sweeping floors, wiping down tables, and keeping restrooms sanitary.

Requirements

Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
