Pay Rate:  $20.00 per hour

Shift:   M-F — 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.   *Must be able to work Saturday rotations*

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Stockroom Clerk? You’ll be:

	
• Maintaining a database of inventory records including quantity, type of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies
  
  	
• Processing pick lists for each job by pulling and ordering parts as needed, routing parts to designated departments
  
  	
• Recording receipt and disbursement of inventory items, computing balances, and investigating discrepancies
  
  	
• Preparing reports using inventory management software
  
  	
• Ordering shop supplies and maintaining shop inventory
  
  	
• Assisting with daily cycle counts, customer service expediting, and providing backup for shipping/receiving and driver roles as needed
  
  

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

	
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  
  	
• Possess at least 2 years of inventory or shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
  
  	
• Are proficient in computer use, including Word and Excel; knowledge of inventory management software
  
  	
• Demonstrate strong basic math skills, to include fractions and decimals
  
  	
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
  
  	
  
  
  		
  • Ability to use a caliper is a plus
    
    	

  	
  
  	

• Are able to operate a forklift and pallet jack safely
  
  	
• Hold a valid California driver’s license with an acceptable record
  
  	
• Are organized, reliable, punctual, adaptable, and flexible
  
  	
• Have effective organizational and time management skills, and can manage competing priorities
  
  	
• Are able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  
  	
• Must be able to work Saturday rotations
