LHH seeks a Warehouse Assistant to support both office operations and warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, shipment processing, and customer communication. This role acts as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams (Sales, Support, Accounting). The position also assists with office operations, inventory coordination, and ensures smooth workflow between order intake, fulfillment, returns, and customer support.
Key responsibilities:
Process and fulfill transactional and project-based orders
Receive and ship incoming/outgoing warehouse inventory
Assist with customer returns processing (RMA support)
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide support to Sales, Support, and Accounting teams
Maintain accurate records for orders, returns, and customer data
Support office operations (supplies, organization, workflow)
Required skills:
Strong computer skills (Office 365 + ability to learn systems quickly)
Experience or exposure to ERP systems preferred (client noted)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with strong documentation accuracy
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Monday to Friday | 9AM-5:30PM | Onsite
Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
