WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Salon Manager, you'll serve as the leader of the salon and help drive both team success and business growth.

You'll:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of stylists
  • Create a positive, high-performance salon culture
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new talent
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor salon performance and profitability
  • Help stylists grow their guest counts and income
  • Perform haircuts, color services, waxing, and other salon services
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and confidently
  • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and strong performance

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state law
  • Previous salon leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Passion for developing people and building teams
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable using technology and completing administrative responsibilities
  • Willingness to attend required training and leadership meetings

SIGN-ON BONUS DETAILS

To qualify for the $2,000 Sign-On Bonus, employees must work a minimum of 140 hours per month and remain actively employed and in good standing.

Bonus payments will be made as follows:

  • $500 after 30 days of employment
  • $500 after 60 days of employment
  • $1,000 after 90 days of employment

Employee must be actively employed and in good standing on each payout date to receive the applicable installment.
