Warehouse Associate (Dallas)

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure the accurate, efficient, and safe handling of inventory. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining an organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities
Order Picking & Verification
Accurately pick items according to the provided pick/pack list.
Cross-check all picked items against the corresponding sales orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
Order Preparation for Shipment includes sanding when needed.
Unwrap and inspect all items prior to packing.
Identify and document any damage; repair items when necessary before shipment.
Prepare all outbound orders according to company standards and shipping requirements.
Inbound Freight Handling
Safely unload shipping containers upon arrival.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Inspect and verify incoming goods and ensure they are processed efficiently.
Inventory Placement & Organization
Store all SKUs in their designated warehouse locations following established inventory protocols.

Warehouse Maintenance
Assist with ongoing organization efforts to keepand efficient warehouse environment and hazard-free workspace at all times
Participate in routine warehouse cleanup, waste removal, and general upkeep.
Support for the Build Team
Pull all required SKUs for the build/assembly team in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with the build team to ensure production schedules are met.

Requirements
Prior warehouse experience (must)
May be required to work hours beyond their standard 40-hour workweek during peak project cycles or to meet critical business deadlines
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to operate a standup reach truck
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

This is a full time role - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
