This position offers a great opportunity to manage a self-storage facility while working in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a self-storage facility. This role combines customer service, administrative duties, and light maintenance responsibilities.

Schedule

30 hours per week
Tuesday Saturday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

$18.00 $20.00 per hour
Commission opportunities
Paid holidays and sick time
Two weeks paid vacation after the first year

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the facility
Provide excellent customer service
Perform administrative and computer-based tasks
Conduct light building and grounds maintenance
Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the property

Requirements

Strong customer service skills
Proficiency with computers and office tasks
Ability to perform light maintenance duties
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Good employment references
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Property management experience is a plus
