Operations - Market Manager - Quebec

StorageMart is currently seeking a Market Director to join our team.

Pay: $100,000 yearly

Company matching RSP, Extended Medical Benefits and Paid Time Off.

This position requires bi-lingual fluency in French and English.

Location: Quebec Market has the oversight of eight stores in the Province of Quebec; stores are located in Montreal, Quebec City, Laval, Saint Leonard, and St. Hubert.

We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking and able to excel in staying organized, strategic planning, and with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. The Director provides leadership at the regional level, working within the framework of StorageMart standards while applying leadership skills in guiding the region to high-performing success.

In addition to ensuring that all of our stores meet our Easy, Clean, Service level of excellence, a successful Market Director is forward-thinking and able to excel in:

• Mentoring employees

• Monitoring sales

• Strategic planning

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

This is anything but a “boring desk job.”

You will be responsible for sales, site appearance, managing the day-to-day operations, and customer service – all with the backing of a system that works and a corporation that wants you to succeed.

There is some on-call and weekend work with this position.

This position requires bi-lingual fluency in French and English. Retail store experience is necessary, at least 2 to 4 years of work experience. We would prefer a bachelor’s degree, but any combination of education and experience will be considered.
