Kforce has a client in Duluth, GA that is seeking a Customer Service Representative. While this is a remote role, candidates must be local to Duluth, GA. Candidates must be open to working a variety of shifts, as they will be required to work nights and weekends as late as 9:30PM for all locations. Shifts are determined by business need once training is completed.

Summary:
The Customer Services Representative is responsible for the increase in customer satisfaction and retention by providing members, customers, patients and providers with accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information. They will provide higher level support to members' inquiries and issues as they utilize the company's plan and provider services, continuing to build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines.

Requirements:
* Prior customer service experience - enterprise level companies/over the phone support
* Strong computer skills
* Ability to read and respond briefly, clearly and effectively
* Ability to think critically and problem solve
* Ability to manage own work with minimal direction
* Must pass knowledge checks while in training
* Health insurance experience is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
