Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Customer Service Representative , you will directly assist our customers with their inquiries and concerns so they can resolve issues quickly, feel valued, and maintain a positive relationship with Virginia Mason Francisan Health. You'll be the friendly, helpful voice that makes a difference.

Every day, you will handle inbound calls and respond to digital communications from customers seeking assistance with our products/services. You will be expected to effectively de-escalate challenging situations, accurately document customer interactions, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through proactive problem-solving.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to empathize with customers, and a proven track record of solving problems efficiently.

Job Requirements

Required:
· 6 months customer service or medical setting experience or Associates degree.
· Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal communications.
· Detail oriented with ability to multi-task. Capable to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Ability to effectively present information an respond to questions from administrative and clinical staff, groups of managers, patients and physicians

Preferred:
· Knowledge of medical terminology
