Customer Success Representative (Remote)

Remote Position | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our remote team and help deliver outstanding support and service to our clients.

In this role, you will assist customers with reservations, service inquiries, and account support while ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and providing exceptional service, this may be a great fit for you.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with reservations, bookings, and service requests
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
Coordinate confirmations, itinerary updates, and customer communications
Research options and solutions based on client needs
Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
Provide support before, during, and after service completion
Build positive relationships through excellent customer care

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable learning new systems and technology
Detail-oriented and dependable

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, scheduling, client support, or call center environments is helpful but not required.
