Insurance Customer Service Agent

Our client, a 60+-year-old life insurance organization is looking to add an Insurance Customer Service Agent to its growing team.

INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer a wide variety of questions and assist customers throughout the application process
• Ensure data integrity within the CRM
• Comply with all regulatory policies regarding information confidentiality and privacy

INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ call center environment experience
• Active AZ life insurance license

INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT COMPENSATION:

• Salary + bonus
