In this role, you will be a key contributor to our supply chain success, operating advanced equipment in a specialized environment.

Position: Warehouse Material Handler - Forklift Operator (Reach Truck)
Shift: Multiple shifts available: Days (7:00 AM 3:00 PM), Afternoons (3:00 PM 11:00 PM), and Nights (11:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Salary: $21.00/hour base rate, with additional premiums for night shifts and freezer work
Location: Brantford

Responsibilities
Operate Crown reach forklifts safely and efficiently (approximately 70% of workflow)
Engage in manual order picking and material handling (approximately 30% of workflow)
Utilize RF scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment
Perform duties in cold/refrigerated storage areas ranging from 2C to -20C
Maintain adherence to punctuality standards and safety protocols
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs

Qualifications
Minimum of one year of verified reach forklift experience
Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Reliable and detail-oriented approach to warehouse operations
