At Gre Wolf, the Retail Manager is responsible for stregic planning and development of the retail department, managing staff and ensuring the achievement of operional objectives and the maximizion of retail & tractions profitability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversees all merchandising functions including store display and design, inventory, tracking/analyzing, merchandise purchasing, par levels and pricing, merchandise/merials sourcing
  • Oversees operion of all tractions including: Oliver Mining Company, Arcade, MagiQuest, MiniGolf, MiniBowling, XD Theer, Ropes Course, and other tractions as necessary.
  • Develops and manages labor, COS, and expense budgets
  • Manages staff including employee-training programs, scheduling and employee relions
  • Oversees sales functions including POS system, cash handling, budgets and daily reporting
  • Oversees administrive back-office functions of inventory coordinor, including training and maintenance of all department inventories, systems and reporting
  • Responsible for department payroll, tracking employee hours and making time-clock changes
  • Assists the Retail & Attractions Director in every day operions of all areas of the Retail Department, including gift shops, arcade, vending, and any other revenue producing venues
  • Ensures retail areas achieve the highest standards in areas of cleanliness, presention and service
  • Develops, implements, and monitors programs ensuring a safe facility and work environment th complies with all approprie regulions-Ergonomics, Emergency Responses, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Hazard Communicions Programs
  • Orders and maintains supply levels
  • Ensures retail areas achieve the highest standards in areas of cleanliness, presention and service
  • Adherence to all standard opering procedures reled to the role

Basic Qualificions & Skills

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience creing and maintaining documents with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience supervising/managing large retail department
  • Minimum of 3 years retail experience
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen

Desired Qualificions & Traits

  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management
  • Previous retail experience in a resort/hotel environment
  • Demonstred ability to effectively resolve conflict
  • Committed to comprehensive and in-depth analysis, planning, and implemention of every work effort

  • Ability to motive diverse groups to achieve extraordinary goals and overcome challenges
  • Excellent management skills including conflict resolution, coaching, development and teamwork.

Estimed Salary Range:

$80168.4 - $80168.4 annual base salary

An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant educion, qualificions, certificions, experience, skills, seniority, geographic locion, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizional needs. The range listed is just one component of Gre Wolfs total compension package. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and other perks.
