Store Manager - Portage, WI

Runnings has a career opportunity for a Store Manager at our Portage, WI location. We are looking for an energetic, team oriented, and dedicated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $62,000 to $68,000 depending on experience

1. Responsible for overall sales and expenses at assigned retail store.
2. Direct and coordinate the merchandising of products.
3. Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise throughout the retail storeEnsure adequate inventory in all areas.
4. Assist customers with a full variety of needs including purchases, returns, special orders, complaints etc.
5. Work closely with Retail Buyer(s) to ensure awareness of product needs and other product information throughout their assigned retail store.
6. Ensure that safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers.
7. Delegate authority to managerial personnel as deemed appropriate.
