RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phones and manage reservations
- Coordinate guest seating and ensure fair rotation of servers
- Communicate wait times and enhance guest experience with recommendations
- Address and resolve guest questions or concerns
- Support servers and bussers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
- Assist with side work, stocking, and operational tasks
- Promote rewards programs, services, and venue offerings
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
QUALIFICATIONS- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with ability to engage guests
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer and phone system skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings (or willingness to learn)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress standards
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout shift
- Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds
- Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a loud, busy restaurant environment
- Ability to handle multiple guest and team demands calmly and professionally
