Asset Protection Specialist
A Day in the Life:
As the Asset Protection Specialist , your work is steady, structured, and guided by clear expectations. You focus on preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring store activity for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other risk-related behaviors . You identify concerns using video surveillance and other systems , then respond using policy, documentation, and communication as your primary tools.
This is a safety-first, hands-off role . Your success comes from observation, de-escalation, accurate reporting, and following process . When apprehension is appropriate, it is handled only in accordance with company policy, local and state laws , and with safety as the prevailing priority . You also support store leaders by reinforcing safe practices and strengthening compliance routines that reduce risk over time.

What you bring to the table:

You are 18 years of age or older .

You have experience in loss prevention, asset protection , or related experience where policy, safety, and decision-making matter. If you do not have the experience listed, we welcome you to apply if you have the desire to learn and help us follow policies and safety.
