Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor Overview:
The Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor position is an hourly, non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime. During training, this position will work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday and will transition to a four 10-hour day schedule upon completion of training.
Warehouse Positions are eligible for an attractive benefit package on the 90th day of employment. Benefits include 401k with company match and full medical, dental, and vision insurance package.

RequirementsJOB DESCRIPTION:
The Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor position will provide leadership and direction to warehouse staff in a high volume outbound, B2B small parcel environment, concerned with picking, packing, and fulfillment as it relates to accurately preparing items for same day shipping both nationally and internationally via expedited carrier services. The Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and maintaining positive employee relationships as well as coaching and developing our outbound warehouse staff.
- Ensures safety, productivity and quality in all distribution operations
- Manages workflow to meet planned department productivity standards
- Document and maintain all warehouse procedures as they relate to pulling, packing and fulfillment
- Ensures that work is performed consistently with company policies and procedures
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements, and deliver products in a timely fashion
- Ensure that all Must Go Today waves are on the outbound truck every night
- Train new or newly assigned team members in the proper methods and standard operating procedures of a job function
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Associates Degree in Business Management or related field highly preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
- A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory warehouse experience in an semi-automated environment
