About the Role: Ubique Group is seeking a full-time Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, verifying, and logging returned products while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely processing of inbound materials.
This position requires flexibility and a willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse and administrative functions as part of our Move to the Work culture, which encourages employees to expand their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and log returned products accurately
Ensure products are palletized, stacked, and prepared properly for put-away
Verify pallet counts and shipment accuracy
Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve problem orders
Create and apply inventory and shipping labels
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and returns
Respond to emails and internal communications in a timely and professional manner
Provide backup support for office and administrative personnel as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
Qualifications :
Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
Experience using RF scanners
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
Familiarity with shared network folders, file handling, and email attachments
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete
Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small items
