at Aerotek in Spokane, Washington, United States Job Description General Production Worker Job Description This is an entry-level General Production role where you will handle basic tasks and get trained on machines, forklifts, and production processes. Key Responsibilities + Pick and pull raw materials from the warehouse + Stage materials for machine operators + Help machine operators with preparation work + Perform general labor and production tasks + Assist in machine operation after training + Follow safety rules and company procedures + Keep work area clean and organized + Work with team to meet daily production goals Skills Required + Interest or experience in warehouse / production work + Ability to lift and move materials + Basic knowledge of order picking (preferred) + Willing to learn machines and equipment + Good attention to detail + Reliable and hardworking Nice to Have + Experience in manufacturing or warehouse + Forklift or material handling experience + Machine operation exposure Work Environment + Warehouse + production floor + Physical work (lifting, moving materials) + Fast-paced and hands-on job + Safety-focused workplace Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
