Job Title: General Labor / Material Handler

Location: Breinigsville, PA

Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (Days or Nights)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable General Laborers / Material Handlers to join our team in Breinigsville. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a GMP-regulated facility offering rotating 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be flexible to work a rotating schedule where the days of the week change, but shift hours remain consistent.

Schedule

1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM

2nd Shift: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Rotating 12-hour shifts

Days of the week rotate (you will be working every other weekend due to the rotation)

Every other weekend off (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!)

Pay

$19.00/hour (Day Shift)

$21.00/hour (Night Shift - includes $2.00 shift premium)

Responsibilities

General Labor / Material Handler Duties:

Grind bottles according to production requirements

Load trailers safely and efficiently

Bag and box finished products

Move materials throughout the facility

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow GMP guidelines and safety procedures

Inspect bottles and finished products for defects

Ensure products meet quality standards

Document inspection results accurately

Report quality issues to supervisors

Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.

Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.

Demonstrates a Teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.

Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies.

Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.

Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.

Pick up dropped bottles from production floor and place into designated bins.

Place discarded bottles into grinder, if applicable.

Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.

Performs bottle inspections, such as drop tests for designated lines.

Immediately escalates all bottle abnormalities, defects and quality issues when found.

Monitor supply levels of packaging materials and replenish as needed.

Ensure correct labeling, bottle description and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.

Move finished goods to designated area.

Ensure efficient set up and organization of workstations. Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts

Requirements

Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts

Steel toe boots required

Previous relevant experience in a similar setting

Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment

Must speak and understand English

Comfortable working in a GMP-regulated facility

Strong attention to detail

Reliable attendance

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
