Position Summary Our Meat Managers are responsible for the total operation of our meat departments. They will be cutting meat, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service. We are willing to train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
  • Cut meat to our high standards.
  • Ensure our meat cases are fresh and full.
  • Order product according to company guidelines.
  • Keep orderly records of invoices and inventory.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Technology skills are helpful but not required.
  • Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and professional attitude
Compensation
  • Starting wage is $17.50 but may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
  • This position is bonus eligible.
  • Medical, Short Term, Long Term, and Company Paid Life Insurance after 30 days.
  • 401(k) with Company Match after 90 days.
  • Same Day Pay available.
