GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Aveda salon or Aveda Institute experience, good communication skills, guest relations skills; neat appearance; service oriented, takes initiative; good attendance and punctuality; dependability; safety awareness; organized use of time; cooperation working as a team member; flexibility

What Youll Learn & Support:
* Shampooing and conditioning services
* Blow-drying and basic styling
* Client preparation and finishing work
* Proper sanitation and salon flow
* Assisting senior stylists during services
* Understanding consultations and timing
* Professional communication and client care
