They are seeking a polished and client-focused seasonal Luxury Sales Associate to join their retail team and support day-to-day sales floor operations in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$24/hr - $26/hr

Position Overview:

The seasonal Luxury Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships and driving sales performance. This role requires a passion for luxury fashion, strong product knowledge, and the ability to create personalized shopping experiences that reflect the brand's elevated standards.

Responsibilities of the Luxury Sales Associate:

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience to all customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals through client outreach and styling expertise.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, collections, and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and high-performing store environment.
  • Participate in clienteling initiatives and follow-up communication to drive repeat business.
  • Uphold brand image, professionalism, and luxury service standards at all times.

Required Experience/Skills for the Luxury Sales Associate:

  • 1 year of luxury, contemporary, or premium retail sales experience.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and drive sales performance.
  • Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and client engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Luxury Sales Associate:

  • Previous experience in luxury or designer retail environments.
  • Clienteling and CRM experience.
  • Strong styling and wardrobe-building abilities.
  • Experience working toward sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and product categories.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required.
