The Enterprise Account Manager, Nional Accounts, will lead commercial execution for Abbotts Infectious Disease portfo lio across key U.S. retail partners, with primary responsibility for Amazon, Walgreens, and emerging channels. This role owns day-to-day account management while driving joint business planning, optimizing in-store and digital presence, and ensuring strong availability and visibility for core products including BinaxNOW and ID NOW. The role partners closely with customers on assortment, promotions, and execution, while delivering da-driven insights to strengthen partnerships and accelere growth. As the business expands, this position will play a key role in scaling new accounts and supporting broader commercial initiives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Ownership & Growth Stregy

  • Own end-to-end commercial responsibility for Amazon and Walgreens, including revenue, profitability, and share growth

  • Develop and lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned to aggressive growth targets

  • Build senior-level relionships across buying, merchandising, pharmacy, and eCommerce organizions

  • Identify and unlock white-space oppo rtunities across new channels and forms

Amazon and Omnichannel Excellence

  • Own Amazon business across key levers:

  • Retail media (Amazon Ads, DSP, etc.) w ith su pport fro m Omn i Marketi ng Manager

  • Content optimizion & conversion (PDP, SEO, rings & reviews)

  • Supply chain performance & in-stock levels

  • Drive true omnichannel integrion across digital, in-store, and pharmacy touchpoints

  • Eleve Abbotts share of search, share of shelf, and share of voice

Commercial Performance and P&L Ownership

  • Deliver against revenue, margin, and market share targets

  • Manage trade investment, pricing stregy, and promotional ROI

  • Lead forecasting and demand planning in partnership with Supply Chain and Finance

  • Monitor performance drivers (POS, inventory, scorecards) and take decisive action

New Channel Expansion

  • Lead entry and scaling stregies across Dollar , Regional Grocer y, Drug Wholes a lers, and emer ging re tail partners

  • Build go-to-market stregies tailored to each channels economics and shopper dynamics

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner across Marketing, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Finance, and Medical/Regulory

  • Ensure all commercial execution aligns with healthcare compliance, claims, and regulory requirements

  • Influence portfolio stregy, launches, and long-range planning

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree ( 16 years) Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science

  • Masters Degree ( 18 years) MBA preferred

  • Minimum 3 years Three or more year's experience in a sales and/or marketing role th involved working closely with customers/clients to deliver results.

  • Experience in health care (Rx, OTC, managed care), consumer packaged goods and/or retail preferred.

  • Outstanding consultive selling skill's proven ability to identify/define business questions and complex business issues, conduct analysis, formule actionable ideas and recommend /sell a point of view to customers.

  • High energy, self-starter th is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, exhibits a bias for action and demonstres good executive presence.

  • Exceptional oral and written communicion skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels in a customer's organizion.

  • Innovive and creive demonstred ability to leverage consumer insights to identify and evalue creive ideas, focusing on those th will cree value for customers and ADC

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong tention to detail and quick recall.

  • Strong analytical skills (i.e., ROI calculion, forecasting and planning), and mastery of using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and presentions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7 years of nional account or retail management experience in FMCG / CPG (required), with a track record of increasing responsibilit y .

  • Proven success in developing compelling value propositions and driving product adoption.

  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience in forecasting, pricing, and business planning.

  • Excellent communicion, presention, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail a nalytics plforms.

  • Experience in diagnostics, pharmacy, or healthcare-reled cegories

  • Existing relionships with Amazon, Walgreens, or other key retail customers

  • Background in omnichannel marketing and retail media stregy

The base pay for this position is $113,300.00 $226,700.00. In specific locions, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
