We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associe Sales Manager to join our team and bring our purpose to life. In this critical leadership role, you will inspire, coach, and motive a team of in-home sales professionals to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Youll collabore with Nional and Regional Sales leadership to implement market-level stregies th drive profitable growth in the replacement window and door segment.
Highlights of your role:- Spend approximely 75% of your time in the field (34 days/week) observing and coaching sales representives
- Conduct ride-alongs, role-playing exercises, and targeted training to enhance sales performance
- Build and maintain strong client relionships to encourage repe and referral business
- Lead weekly sales meetings focused on performance review and team motivion
- Assign customer appointments and manage sales rep schedules for optimal efficiency
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representives to grow and strengthen the team
- Achieve key performance indicors including close res and overall sales volume
- Provide consistent performance feedback and collabore with leadership and HR on improvement plans
- Use reporting tools to monitor metrics and drive accountability across the team
- Ensure compliance with standard opering procedures and company policies
- Support regional marketing and sales initiives with enthusiasm and follow-through
- Resolve sales and service issues promptly to maintain customer sisfaction
