Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year plus Annual Bonus Opportunities

Schedule:Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Ready to own procurement at a growing tool manufacturer? Staffmark is hiring a Buyer on behalf of a leading manufacturing company in Clover, SC - a direct hire opportunity with room to make a real impact on the supply chain.

What You'll Do

Manage and track purchase orders from creation through on-time delivery

Negotiate pricing and terms with domestic and global suppliers

Use ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite a plus) to review material needs against production schedules and sales data

Optimize inventory levels to reduce working capital, prevent stock-outs, and minimize obsolete materials

Evaluate supplier performance and resolve shipping or quality discrepancies

Coordinate material cycle counts and serve as backup to the Materials Planner for work orders

Act as the cross-functional link between production, engineering, sales, and finance on material shortages and design changes

Process vendor returns and monitor acknowledgment

What You Bring

3-5 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Lean manufacturing knowledge

Experience with domestic and global suppliers a plus

HS diploma or GED required; BS in Business, Engineering, or related field a plus
