Sourcing Specialist

We have a team of over 700 employees around the world and are looking to continue that growth by adding another full-time Recruiter to our Human Resources team. This individual will support a variety of positions across the organization with a focus on technology recruiting efforts.
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Sourcing Specialist to support recruiting efforts by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top talent. This role will focus heavily on candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and partnership with recruiters to fill open positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement through email, phone, and social platforms.
Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and experience.
Schedule and coordinate phone screens and interviews when needed.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
Research market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Qualifications
1-3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience preferred.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
Experience sourcing for technical, corporate, or agency roles is a plus.
Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.

We offer a generous compensation and benefits package. The US-based salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$75,000 per year.
