7 Leaf Clover is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to help lead daily retail operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, accountability, and getting things done the right way every time.

We're looking for someone who can lead by example, maintain high standards, support the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly from open to close.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Supervising staff and ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on time
Assigning work and following up to ensure completion
Executing and enforcing opening and closing procedures
Maintaining accurate inventory counts and inventory controls
Ensuring 100% transaction accuracy and cash-handling compliance
Overseeing accurate fulfillment of pickup and delivery orders
Following company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Completing operational checklists and ensuring team accountability
Assisting customers while maintaining store standards
Supporting management with training, coaching, and daily operations
Qualifications
35+ years of retail experience required
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Proven ability to follow procedures and enforce standards
Experience with POS systems required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and completing 10+ hour shifts on a regular basis
Valid driver's license required
Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Genuine interest in cannabis, wellness, alternative health, and psychedelic education
