Procurement Buyer

Flexjet is seeking a Procurement Buyer to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The Procurement Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services for the company, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers. Analyze market trends and supplier performance. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs. Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment. Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts. Participate in supplier audits and evaluations. Provide training and support to team members on procurement processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
