Key Responsibilities Stocking shelves and displays: restock products, rotate inventory (FIFO), and ensure accurate labeling. Maintaining department cleanliness: keep aisles, shelves, and backroom areas clean and organized. Assisting customers: help shoppers locate products and answer basic questions. Checking product quality: remove damaged, expired, or low-quality items. Receiving and organizing deliveries: unload merchandise and prepare it for stocking. Following safety and sanitation guidelines: comply with store policies and food-handling standards. Supporting team operations: collaborate with coworkers to maintain smooth department workflow.
