Crop Field Crew Lead - Seasonal Agricultural Work BELLINGHAM, WA 98225 Posted: 5/28/2026 Job Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Crop Field Crew Lead to support daily field operations for a local seed company in Whatcom County. This is a hands-on outdoor role working directly in agricultural crop fields alongside the crew. The ideal candidate will have prior agricultural, farm, landscaping, irrigation, or outdoor labor experience and be comfortable leading a small team in a fast-paced field environment. Responsibilities: Lead and work alongside a small field labor crew Support planting, crop maintenance, harvesting, weeding, irrigation, and general field labor Ensure crew stays productive and follows safety expectations Haul and maneuver a trailer with a portable restroom between field locations Assist with loading/unloading tools, supplies, and equipment Maintain clean and organized work areas Communicate with supervisors regarding field progress and needs Work outdoors in various weather conditions Requirements: Previous farm, agricultural, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred Valid driver's license required Must have a clean driving record (MVR) Must be able to pass a drug screen Experience hauling trailers strongly preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation and strong attendance required Comfortable working long hours outdoors during peak season Preferred Qualifications: Crew lead or supervisory experience Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Experience working in crop fields or seed operations This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes initiative, and can help keep a crew organized and productive.
