Back Retail Stocker-Late Shift Light Industrial Layton , Utah temp May 28, 2026 Overview Our Layton location is looking for dependable and hardworking Retail Stock Associates to support our fast-paced discount retail environment. This position involves stocking and organizing a wide variety of merchandise including clothing, home goods, tools, electronics, groceries, sporting goods, furniture, and other overstock or liquidation products. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a team-oriented retail environment. Key Responsibilities Stock, organize, and replenish merchandise throughout the sales floor and backroom Assist with unloading shipments and moving inventory safely and efficiently Maintain clean, organized, and shopper-friendly displays and aisles Rotate and organize incoming merchandise as new inventory arrives Identify damaged or misplaced products and communicate issues to management Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide friendly customer service Follow all store safety procedures and operational guidelines Support other departments as needed in a fast-changing retail environment Qualifications Previous retail, stocking, warehouse, or merchandising experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing inventory Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible and willing to assist in multiple areas of the store Apply Now Share This Post
