Job Description:

  • Verifies customer transactions and corrects any issues that arise.

  • Ensures accurate and timely acceptance of transfers.

  • Verifies that products have tags, are shelved and displayed appropriately, and that the store is clean and customer-friendly.

  • Recognizes the vital role of customer service and prioritizes building customer loyalty.

  • Trains sales and volunteer team on customer service, point of sale (POS) system, trends, and product knowledge.

  • Supervises retail employees and volunteers, fostering relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.

  • Manages daily operations to ensure business growth.

  • Assists Supervisor and Manager in achieving budgetary goals and quality initiatives.

  • Keeps current on departmental policies and procedures.

  • Maintains respectful relationships with all stakeholders.

  • Participates in delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
