This position is ideal for early to mid-level professionals to join the Logistics / Shipping & Receiving team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, supporting the efficient handling, movement, and control of materials across operations.

In this role, you will perform both physical and administrative tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, R&D, and Administration, to ensure accurate material flow, timely shipments, and compliance with operational standards.

This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production continuity, and ensuring a high level of service to internal and external customers.

  • Support the shipping department with packaging, picking, inspection, and area maintenance.
  • Receive incoming materials and prepare outbound shipments from manufacturing, administration, R&D, and other departments.
  • Perform visual verification to ensure completeness and accuracy of inbound and outbound materials (raw and processed).
  • Assist in inspection and verification of incomplete manufacturing or non-production shipments (IQC).
  • Identify, reject, or place on hold non-conforming or incomplete items prior to shipment.
  • Apply First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methodology to overnight shipments according to defined schedules.
  • Ensure shipments are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Maintain shipping and receiving equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and carts.
  • Serve as a key processing resource for incoming materials, including inspection, documentation, delivery, and area upkeep.
  • Verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and quantities for all shipments received and processed.
  • Perform physical movement and transportation of materials within the facility and storage areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and company standards.
  • Report unsafe conditions or activities to management or Human Resources.
  • Support team objectives and participate in initiatives to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
