General Manager

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 + bonus

What You'll Do

As General Manager, you will lead all aspects of the franchise, including operations, sales, and team development:

• Take full ownership of P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop a team across operations, sales, and customer service
• Build and maintain a high-performing culture focused on accountability and results
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and retention strategies
• Ensure consistent execution of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand standards and customer experience
• Manage a multi-million-dollar operation ($3M+ revenue)
• Drive sales performance and local marketing initiatives
• Maintain and improve a strong safety-first culture
• Oversee fleet operations, inventory programs, equipment, maintenance, and asset management
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure performance goals are met
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and all regulatory requirements
• Serve as the leader and face of the business in the community

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, retail, or service-based management
• Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial management, and decision-making
• Experience managing and optimizing inventory, equipment, assets, or fleet operations
• Proven ability to hire, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams
• Demonstrated leadership with a focus on accountability, performance, and results
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities
• High level of ownership, attention to detail, and accountability
