The Role
We are seeking a talented, driven, and outgoing Hair Stylist who is deeply passionate about their craft and dedicated to ongoing education. The ideal candidate is a team player who brings both technical excellence and a warm, engaging energy to the chair.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Artistry: Provide precision cutting, styling, and finishing services tailored to each client's unique needs.
Elevate the Client Experience: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring every guest feels valued and pampered.
Master the Flow: Multitask effectively and maintain a graceful pace in a high-energy, fast-paced salon environment.
Collaborate & Inspire: Work seamlessly with our front desk and assistant teams to support a smooth, cohesive, and team-oriented salon culture.
Never Stop Learning: Participate in ongoing education to stay ahead of industry trends, techniques, and tools.
Requirements
Experience: 35 years of experience in a high-end salon environment preferred.
Licensing: Valid New York State Cosmetology License is required.
Book: An established NYC clientele is a plus, but not requiredwe will help you build!
Skills: Strong fundamental haircutting and styling knowledge, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mindset: A growth-oriented attitude, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to building long-term client relationships.
