The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials and products to meet the production and logistics needs of Holtec International and its Advanced Manufacturing Division. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and partners with production and department supervisors to ensure materials are handled safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain smooth operations across the facility.
Location: Camden, NJ (Onsite)
Primary Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders
Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment
Pick, stage, and deliver materials and parts to production areas and other departments as needed
Assist in preparing materials and products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
Accurately complete logs, labels, and documentation related to material movement and inventory
Organize and store materials in designated locations to maximize space utilization and accessibility
Perform routine equipment checks (forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks) and report issues promptly
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling environments
Ability to safely operate or learn material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documentation
Basic organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
Experience in a metal manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Familiarity with warehouse systems, inventory tracking, or logistics processes preferred
