We are looking for an organized, compliance-focused, and hands-on Inventory Manager to support dispensary operations and ensure inventory accuracy from intake to sale. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, supporting the customer experience, and driving operational efficiency within the dispensary environment. The Inventory Manager is responsible for the accurate daily, weekly, and monthly accounting of cannabis inventory and ancillary products within one or more assigned dispensaries. This position oversees product intake, stock management, expiration tracking, quarantined inventory, returns, and inventory team oversight to ensure the right products are available to meet customer demand while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. Eligible full-time team members may receive: Competitive compensationEligibility for a discretionary bonus program based on individual and company performanceMedical, dental, and vision insurance with competitive employer contributionsCompany-paid short-term disability and life insuranceOptional long-term disability coverageEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid sick timeFloating holidaysPaid company holidaysOpportunities for growth and career development Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Compliance Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly accounting of all cannabis inventory and ancillary productsEnsure compliance with all applicable state and local cannabis regulations, including inventory tracking, reporting, and security requirementsConduct daily inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerOversee product intake by verifying manifests against incoming shipments and accurately entering products into seed-to-sale systemsMonitor and manage product expiration dates to minimize product lossConduct routine inventory audits to maintain accuracy and complianceMaintain organization and security of vault and inventory storage areasManage quarantined, defective, expired, or returned inventory in accordance with company proceduresOversee destruction processes for expired or non-compliant productsServe as Agent in Charge (AIC) when necessary, including oversight of product transfers, returns, and disposal activities Product & Vendor Coordination Partner with dispensary leadership and purchasing teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and product assortmentCoordinate with vendors and cultivators regarding product details, compliance documentation, and inventory needsBuild and maintain strong vendor relationships to support consistent product availabilityEnsure purchase orders are processed accurately and reflected within inventory systemsMaintain testing documentation and compliance records for all products Sales & Operational Support Pick and pull orders for in-store and online fulfillmentSupport dispensary team members with inventory-related questions and operational troubleshootingCollaborate with marketing and sales teams regarding promotional opportunities for aging or slow-moving inventoryAnalyze sales trends and inventory movement to support forecasting and inventory optimizationIdentify and support process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of one year of relevant inventory experience, preferably within grocery, retail, cannabis, or another high-volume regulated environmentExperience with inventory tracking systems and seed-to-sale platforms such as Metrc, BioTrack, or similar software preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records in a compliance-driven environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced operational environmentSelf-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to generate and analyze reports to support inventory and purchasing decisionsPositive attitude and commitment to operational excellence Salary $50000 - $52000 USD per year
