WE'RE HIRING! Store Associates at the Exchange. If you love variety, staying busy, and making a real impact every day, this role is for you. As a Store Associate at the Exchange, you'll be the versatile team member who assists in helping the store running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, staying organized, and helping customers, this role offers a fastpaced environment where no two days look the same. You'll support labeling, pricing, customer service and merchandising. to ensure the store is clean, accurate, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update price labels using store computer systems

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging customers and identifying their needs

• Maintain clean, organized, fully stocked areas in line with Exchange standards

• Merchandise the sales floor and maintain appealing displays

• Crosstrain and assist in other departments as needed

• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and adapt to current retail technology

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Ability to think quickly and problemsolve on the spot

• Knowledge of merchandising and price changes (preferred)

• Cashhandling experience (preferred)

• Retail experience (preferred)

• Welcoming, helpful attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Must be 21 years old and available between 0900-1830, with rotating weekend flexibility.
