Wanted Warehouse Worker/Truck Driver

We are a family-owned HVAC company located in Tonawanda, NY. We offer multiple benefits with a great working environment. We are seeking an energetic, experienced individual to join our company as a Warehouse Worker/Driver. As part of our warehouse, you will use hand trucks and forklifts to load and unload delivery vehicles, and drive vehicles to delivery locations. You will accurately keep records of all inventory, both received and delivered, and observe safe workplace rules and guidelines when unloading and transporting cargo. This is a physically demanding position, meaning our ideal candidate is able to lift 50 pounds, in addition to possessing a clean valid driver's license and experience with warehouse inventory management.

Warehouse Driver Duties and Responsibilities
Load and unload box trucks and other vehicles
Use forklift to move pallets and large items from warehouse to trucks
Keep accurate records of items shipped and received
Safely drive trucks to delivery locations/jobsites and unload goods
Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean and tidy workspace is kept at all times
Maintain shipping documentation and receipts; enter relevant data in reports as needed
Warehouse Driver Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience loading and unloading in a warehouse environment
Forklift experience
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
Experience Driving vehicles with trailers hitched to them
OSHA 10 Hours Certification
Physical ability to lift and move items throughout a normal shift
Experience with warehouse inventory management
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Efficient time-management skills being on time every day
