salary: $30 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Execute MRP: Analyze and maintain the Materials Requirement Plan (MRP) to ensure a continuous material pipeline that aligns with production needs.

  • Support Production Schedules: Secure materials availability to meet the Shop Production Schedule by managing on-time deliveries and coordinating material movement from receiving to the line.

  • Manage Purchase Orders: Issue POs in compliance with pricing, terms, and conditions established by supply chain leadership, ensuring strict supplier adherence to agreements.

  • Streamline Vendor Communication: Optimize the order management process to maintain clear, efficient, and proactive communication with suppliers.

  • Maintain Data Integrity: Monitor and update master data and purchasing parameters to balance procurement costs, minimize material liability, and optimize inventory levels.

  • Drive Supplier Performance: Monitor and improve supplier delivery and expedite performance, while proactively communicating potential supply chain bottlenecks to leadership.
