Our team is warm, talented, and genuinely passionate about great coffee and great hospitality. We're growing, and we're looking for a dynamic Store Supervisor to help lead the way. The Role As Store Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our daily operations. You'll keep things running smoothly during our busiest rushes, inspire your team to deliver outstanding service, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile. This is a hands-on leadership role made for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and leads by example. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day store operations and maintain a seamless customer experience Lead, motivate, and schedule a talented cafe team Manage inventory and stock levels ordering supplies and minimizing waste Monitor workflow and optimize efficiency during peak hours Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Ensure full compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Train new team members and support ongoing staff development Open and/or close the store and manage daily cash handling Collaborate with ownership to identify opportunities for improvement What We're Looking For Genuinely positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm for hospitality Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Sharp problem-solving skills you stay calm, think fast, and find solutions Outstanding customer service instincts; you make every guest feel welcome Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communicator who builds trust with both staff and customers Self-motivated and reliable you show up ready to lead every single shift Requirements Valid Food Handler's License (required must be current at time of hire) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Some college coursework or a college degree (preferred) 3-5 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in food service or retail Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be authorized to work in the United States Second language a plus Spanish, Creole, or French preferred Compensation & Perks $60,000 annual salary One complimentary meal per shift Free drinks throughout your shift Fun, supportive team culture in a neighborhood cafe you'll be proud to run Opportunities for growth as we continue to expand How to Apply Ready to bring your energy to the best cafe in Brooklyn?
