Branch Manager

A reputable and growing agricultural operation is looking to add a Branch Manager to their team. A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the right individual. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations at the location while supporting overall business growth Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and the local ag community Manage operations across agronomy, livestock feed, and energy service areas Support sales growth, customer service, and operational efficiency throughout the branch Qualifications: Agronomy background preferred with strong understanding of ag operations Previous management, leadership, or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to lead employees and manage multiple areas of the business Self-motivated with a long-term mindset and strong work ethic Compensation & Benefits: $65,000-$95,000 base salary depending on experience Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and pension plan Full-time, long-term opportunity with growth potential Opportunity to work with an established and respected agricultural organization Please submit a resume for consideration.
