Supply Chain Contract Analyst needed to support sourcing operations, contract administration, supplier coordination, database management, and data-driven reporting. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

2+ years of supply chain experience

Experience with contract administration, sourcing operations, or supplier coordination

Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency, including:

Pivot tables

VLOOKUP

Data modeling

Tableau reporting experience

PowerPoint proficiency

Working knowledge of Microsoft Access for database management and querying

SAP experience, including navigation, workflow support, and data extraction

Experience working with database-heavy supply chain or sourcing processes

Ability to manage sourcing, contract, and supplier data across multiple platforms

Ability to analyze supplier proposals, sourcing data, contract details, and commodity reporting

Preferred Skills Experience with Power Steering project management and reporting

Experience with Ariba procurement platform support

Experience creating sourcing projects and issuing RFQs

Experience with Dossier or similar documentation platforms

Experience supporting ACN or approval change notice processes

Experience with contract databases and sourcing libraries

Experience assembling negotiation workbooks or sandbox files

Experience supporting work transition projects

Experience with supplier compliance documentation

Experience tracking metals declarations, tariff data, and USMCA compliance forms

Experience supporting cost-reduction initiatives and supplier transitions

Experience evaluating sourcing options against business unit needs and commodity strategies

Job Responsibilities Support sourcing operations, contract administration, and supplier coordination activities

Assist commodity managers and strategic project managers with execution of sourcing and contract processes

Support the end-to-end ACN process from initiation through completion

Prepare ACN documentation, calculations, and approval materials

Coordinate approvals with Contracts, Finance, and Compliance teams

Work with commodity managers, buyers, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute ACNs on schedule

Implement and track SAP workflows related to ACN execution

Update project forecasts, status notes, and milestones in Power Steering

Enter new sourcing and cost-reduction projects into project management systems

Pull data and generate reports to support commodity team reporting and decision-making

Update the Parts Sourcing Library with parts and pricing information

Pull PSL reports to support sourcing analysis and supplier evaluations

Perform data analysis using sourcing, pricing, and supplier data sets

Maintain and update contract databases with sourcing details, spend data, and Gate LEs

Assemble negotiation workbooks and sourcing sandbox files

Follow up on contract approvals and open action items

Develop work transition documentation, including risk profiles, business cases, and justification materials

Support project schedules, team meeting coordination, milestones, and stakeholder assignments

Support change management activities tied to cost savings or supply base realignment

Manage Ariba case files, sourcing projects, and RFQs

Maintain data integrity within sourcing and procurement platforms

Pull data from multiple SAP instances for commodity reporting and cost analysis

Validate data accuracy for reports and business cases

Access and extract Tableau reports and dashboards

Present project status and financial performance data for leadership reporting

Pull blueprint and Xclass classification data as requested

Organize and maintain sourcing and contract documentation

Follow up with suppliers for metals declarations, tariff data, and USMCA compliance forms

Track open supplier compliance requests and escalate overdue items

Assist with contract data load input sheets for SAP

Prepare case file documentation for Compliance

Pull data for assertions and support assertion process workflow execution
