The Buyer plays a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly by sourcing and developing a strong, dependable supply chain for assigned categories of goods and services. At SkyChefs, youll be the expert who ensures we have the right products, at the right time, and at the right cost to support our fastpaced culinary and operational needs. In this role, youll manage vendor relationships, evaluate new sourcing opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to support menu changes and product updates. Youll also provide handson tactical procurement support for nonstrategic materials, ensuring the Customer Service Center has everything it needs to deliver exceptional quality and service every day. This position offers the chance to make a real impact optimizing supply continuity, contributing to costsaving initiatives, and helping shape the purchasing strategies that keep SkyChefs operating at the highest level of excellence.

- Partner with operations and corporate teams to understand sourcing needs and ensure we have the right products at the right time.
- Manage vendor performance, address issues quickly, and recommend better options when needed.
- Identify and onboard highquality suppliers who meet LSG Sky Chefs standards.
- Support menu and product changes by sourcing items that meet customer specifications, quality expectations, and pricing targets.
- Drive cost savings through product standardization, smart negotiations, and strong supplier relationships.
- Stay uptodate on product trends and vendor capabilities to guide teams toward the best solutions.
- Lead by examplesupporting crossfunctional teams, demonstrating fiscal responsibility, and solving challenges with a proactive, solutionsfocused approach.
13 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a similar role
Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fastmoving environment
Strong problemsolving skills, you spot issues early and fix them fast
Confidence working with vendors and internal teams
Comfort working with data to make smart choices
Experience with SAP is a plus
A degree in Supply Chain or Purchasing is helpful, but not required
