At Chick-fil-A East Springfield, the Inventory Manager role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Inventory Managers play a critical role in supporting restaurant operations by ensuring products, supplies, and inventory are properly ordered, organized, stocked, and managed. This position helps maintain efficiency, food safety, and operational excellence throughout the restaurant.

  • Morning to mid-afternoon availability required

Inventory Manager Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and properly store truck orders and deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs proactively
  • Rotate stock and maintain proper food safety and storage standards
  • Ensure all inventory areas remain clean, organized, and orderly
  • Track and manage inventory counts accurately
  • Assist with product ordering and inventory control processes
  • Minimize waste and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Work closely with kitchen and leadership teams to maintain operational flow
  • Follow Chick-fil-A cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
  • Complete assigned operational and inventory tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
