VUE DENSEMBLE :
Le Coordonnateur des Operations sera charge daider a tous les aspects du processus de gestion des commandes de SharkNinja, de fournir un service a la clientele a nos detaillants et aux parties prenantes internes, ainsi que deffectuer des taches administratives generales.
Le Coordonnateur des Operations se concentrera principalement sur le traitement precis des commandes des clients pour les principaux detaillants de SharkNinja en atteignant/depassant les objectifs definis en soutien au cycle de vie de lexecution de detail et a lexecution parfaite des commandes. Ils travailleront egalement en etroite collaboration avec les Finances, et les Ventes afin dexaminer, de rechercher et daider a la mise en place dactions correctives associees aux retro facturations des detaillants. Le Coordonnateur des Operations est un membre precieux de lequipe qui surpasse les normes de service a la clientele et propose des solutions et des idees damelioration. Il/elle interagira etroitement avec les representants commerciaux en fonction des comptes qui leur sont attribues.
Responsabilites
Le Coordonnateur des Operations est un membre precieux de lequipe qui surpasse les normes de service a la clientele et propose des solutions et des idees damelioration. Il/elle est le porte-parole du client et de lexperience client.
Voici quelques-unes des choses passionnantes que vous aurez a faire:
- Traiter les commandes a envoyer au centre de distribution.
- Verifier les disponibilites des stocks.
- Soccuper de la logistique : acheminer les commandes via EDI ou sur les portails des detaillants.
- Agir de maniere proactive sur les dossiers de commandes en cours par compte en indiquant le cheminement actuel, les problemes et les actions, ainsi que les dates dexpiration.
- Examiner de facon hebdomadaire les resultats avec le service des ventes
- Travailler activement a la realisation des objectifs de livraison dans les delais (OTIF)
- Faire des escalations des problemes et identifier les solutions.
- Rechercher les deductions/erreurs liees a la conformite et participer aux efforts interfonctionnels pour mettre en uvre des actions correctrices.
- Participer a lexamen et a la recherche de toutes les contestations des reclamations rejetees afin de determiner les prochaines etapes.
- Utiliser des outils dIA pour valider les donnees, detecter les anomalies et ameliorer la qualite des commandes.
- Identifier des opportunites dautomatisation des taches repetitives.
- Contribuer a lamelioration continue en adoptant de nouveaux outils et technologies.

EDUCATION ET EXPERIENCE :
- Un diplome universitaire, de preference en commerce
- 2 ans ou plus dexperience dans un role de service a la clientele ou de gestion des comptes
- 2 ans ou plus dexperience dans un environnement de commerce inter-entreprises chez des detaillants importants
- Exposition aux outils dIA ou dautomatisation (atout).

Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of SharkNinjas order management process, providing customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders, working with 3PLs and transport carriers, as well as performing general administrative tasks. The Operations Coordinator will focus primarily on the accurate processing of customer orders for SharkNinjas major retailers in meeting and exceeding defined objectives in support of Retail Execution Lifecycle and Perfect Order Execution. They will also work very closely with Finance and Sales to review, research, and assist in corrective actions associated with retailer chargebacks.
Responsibilities
The Operations Coordinator is a valuable member of the team who exceeds customer service standards and brings forward issues and ideas for improvement. The Operations Coordinator is an advocate for the customer and customer experience.

- Process all orders to send to the distribution facility.
- Verify inventory availabilities.
- Deal with logistics: routing orders via EDI or Retailer portals.
- Pro-actively open-order files by account indicating current routing issues & actions/EDC dates.
- Weekly review of results with Sales teams.
- Actively work to achieve on-time delivery metrics (OTIF).
- Escalate issues and identify solutions.
- Research compliance related deductions/errors and participate in cross-functional efforts to implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the review and research of all disputes rejected claims to determine next steps.
- Use AI-assisted tools to support order validation, issue identification, and data accuracy (e.g., detecting discrepancies or missing information).
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive administrative and operational tasks through automation and AI-enabled tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting new technologies that enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
