Amazons Personalization team is responsible for tailoring the experience of every customer on Amazons most prominent pages, billions of times a day. Utilizing state of the art machine learning techniques, we build highly scalable, real-time systems that determine the content customers see across the Amazon ecosystem.
As a TPM, you will work with a team of engineers designing and implementing advance page optimization systems, inventing ways to multiply the rate of innovation across the company on behalf of our customers. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to assimilate a large number of inputs from stakeholders, develop cohesive designs and functional specs, prioritize and deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. You will clearly communicate goals, requirements, roadmaps, and timelines to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. You are entrepreneurial, innovative, and thrive on solving complex problems. Maturity, sound business and technical judgement, negotiation skills, ability to influence, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
