Partner with Accounts Payable, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate vendor/product information.

Maintain accurate product and vendor data in company systems.

Identify obsolete or overstock items and develop strategies to reduce them.

Support departmental goals by creating purchasing programs and process improvements.

Represent VSI professionally with both internal teams and external partners.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and business software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (some travel may be required).
