Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous devrez faire ce qui suit:
- Traiter des operations financieres, comme des depots, des retraits et des paiements de factures, conformement aux procedures operationnelles normalisees, aux reglements du secteur, et au Code de conduite et dethique professionnelle de la TD
- Comprendre et determiner les besoins des clients afin de recommander des solutions propres a ces besoins, tout en agissant avec discretion pour les affaires confidentielles
- Repondre aux preoccupations des clients, et les resoudre, au moyen de procedures courantes et de la transmission des exceptions a un niveau superieur, au besoin
- Atteindre les objectifs etablis et daffaires en faisant la promotion des solutions bancaires et en suivant les processus daffaires de maniere exacte et en temps opportun
- Creer un lien personnel avec les clients pour les informer adequatement et clairement des solutions et des processus bancaires
- Aider a etablir un environnement de travail positif, diversifie et equitable, en faisant valoir lefficacite de lequipe et en participant au rendement et au perfectionnement individuels
- Aider lequipe en respectant les collegues, en restant devoue et en tenant tout le monde au courant de letat des activites de routine
- Assurer une experience client de qualite et recommander des ameliorations operationnelles lorsque les occasions damelioration et datteinte de lexcellence operationnelle se presentent.
Exigences du poste:
- Diplome detudes secondaires et/ou plus dune annee dexperience pertinente
- Diplome universitaire de premier cycle ou equivalent, un atout
- Tres bon sens de lorganisation, et solides competences en administration, en planification et en gestion du temps, pour travailler dans un milieu au rythme rapide
- Utilisation pratique de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel et Outlook) et dInternet
- Personne ambitieuse pouvant faire preuve dinitiative, axee sur lexactitude et soucieuse des details pour le traitement de plusieurs taches et la modification des priorites
- Communicateur dynamique ayant des competences reconnues en experience client, qui peut etablir un lien, verbalement ou par ecrit, avec differentes personnes de facon calme, courtoise et efficace
